GIFT VOUCHERS

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 calendar months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for any other service or value.

Flights can be upgraded to a higher package at the time of booking.

You can cancel your gift voucher up to 30 days from the date of purchase. An administrative fee of 10% of the voucher cost will be applicable.

GIFT VOUCHER POSTAGE

All gift vouchers will be posted using First Class using Royal Mail. Please allow up to 7 days after purchasing a voucher for delivery. Express delivery is available for an additional fee. ProFlite UK Limited cannot be held liable for any items that are lost or delayed due to a failure of Royal Mail.

VOUCHER EXPIRY DATE

Gift Voucher sessions must be booked and completed within 12 months of purchase. Beyond this date the voucher will cease to be valid.

RESTRICTIONS ON PARTICIPATION

As the simulator is a replica of a real aircraft flight deck, space is restricted. A degree of mobility is required to access the simulator and in particular the pilot seat. Flight simulator experiences may not be suitable for some people. Please check with us at the time of booking if you are uncertain or have any questions.

All participants must:

Be supervised by an adult if under the age of 16

Be in good health and free from heart, back or neck problems

Motion sickness or other conditions could be aggravated by the simulator

Be dressed appropriately in comfortable clothing and flat shoes

Not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

AGE / HEIGHT RECOMMENDATIONS

In order to be able to comfortably reach the controls we recommend a minimum age of 12 years old. Younger pilots can be accommodated if they are at least 5 feet (1.5m) tall.

Prices shown on other advertising media may differ from prices on the website.

GUESTS

Up to two additional guests can be accommodated in the simulator. This is subject to the latest government Covid requirements.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING A BOOKING

Participants must give 48 hours’ notice if they wish to cancel or change a booking. Cancellation charges are applied within 48 hours of the scheduled booking: 25% of the session cost inside 48 hours up to 24 hours; 50% inside 24 hours. Cancellation fees are based on website prices.

SIMULATOR AVAILABILITY

If the simulator is unavailable to due to circumstances beyond our control we will do our utmost to rebook participants on another day.

LATE ARRIVAL

In the event of a late arrival, the length of the simulator session may have to be curtailed due to follow-on bookings. In this case, ProFlight UK Ltd will not be held responsible for any reduction in simulator time and no refund for can be made for lost time in these circumstances.

TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS.

In the event of a technical malfunction or other event that significantly degrades the quality of the simulation, we will offer to rebook for another time. In any case, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the original booking.

By purchasing or redeeming a gift voucher, you acknowledge that the simulator session is dependent on certain factors beyond the control of ProFlite UK Ltd and agree that the company shall not be liable for the cancellation, postponement or alteration of any simulator session for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including problems with infrastructure, mechanical failure, or otherwise. The total liability of ProFlight UK Ltd for any claim whatsoever in connection with the simulator session shall be limited to the price paid for the flight booking/gift voucher.

COVID

If Covid rules are in force, the latest government restrictions shall apply.

COMPLAINTS

We welcome your feedback and take complaints seriously. Please bring to our attention any problems or issues you encounter as soon as possible at complaints@pro-flite.com We will do our very best to put matters right. If your problem is not resolved on the day, please contact us in writing stating at complaints@pro-flite.com indicating the nature of the issue, your voucher/booking reference, participant name and booking details and we will be happy to look in to the matter.

PARKING

ProFlite UK Ltd shall not be held liable for any accident, loss or theft from participants’ vehicles at or near the premises.

CONTRACT

By making any bookings or purchase from ProFlite UK Ltd you hereby agree to abide by the rules, regulations and terms as previously stated.
