Bookings are made online with the option to pay using credit/debit card or via PayPal. Payment is taken immediately.
Yes, you are able to cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. Cancellations inside 48 hours will be charged at 25% up to 24 hours prior to the booking and 50% inside 24 hours.
Re-bookings can be made online up to 48 hours prior to the session start time.
Please let us know straight away if you need to cancel.
Each booking comprises a *30-minute pre-flight briefing and a short post-flight debrief in addition to the booked simulator time.
*30-minute bookings come with a 15-minute pre-flight briefing
Our opening hours are:
Monday – Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00
A maximum of 3 people can attend a session (2 people while Covid restrictions apply). This does not increase costs but simply allows the simulator time to be shared among attendees.
